The International Federation of Electric Vehicle Associations (IFEVA) is a global organization that promotes the adoption and development of electric vehicles (EVs). Here's an overview:
Founded in 2019, i-FEVA was India's first dedicated federation of electric vehicle associations — a non-profit built to speed up EV adoption through research, development and on-the-ground deployment. We're affiliated with the Testing Instruments Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (TIICCI), and we bring together regional 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler associations, battery manufacturers and accessory makers under one roof — hosting Electric Vehicle Seminars, the World Electric Vehicle Summit, exhibitions and award ceremonies across India.
At the heart of it is a simple goal: India's mobility should run on its own clean energy, not on imported petrol and diesel. Every chapter — regional or international — operates locally but reports into one shared standard, so an exhibitor in Nairobi and a visitor in Delhi NCR get the same quality of experience.
